Job Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. The Office Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing office operations, and assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth running of our office. Responsibilities: - Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and managing correspondence - Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed - Assist with organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events - Coordinate travel arrangements for staff members - Assist with customer support inquiries and provide excellent service to clients - Handle order entry and maintain accurate records of transactions - Provide personal assistant support to executives as needed - Assist with project coordination and follow-up on action items - Transcribe meeting minutes and other documents accurately - Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Requirements: - Proficient in QuickBooks and Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) - Previous experience in a dental office or healthcare setting is a plus - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications - Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently This is a full-time position with competitive pay.
